Arjun Star Llp

Our spot is over in the Bharat Diamond Bourse in Bandra East. It’s a massive place, almost like a city on its own. We are specifically in the B Tower, way up on the sixth floor in Cabin No BW6011. If you’ve ever walked through the BKC area, you know how hectic the security and the gates can be. Arjun Star Llp has been operating out of this room for some time. It’s basically just a space where we sit and go through stones and deal with the paperwork that comes with this business. The walk from the main gate to the B Tower takes a few minutes, especially if the lifts are busy. We mostly keep to ourselves and get through the daily tasks. The air conditioning in the bourse is always on blast, so we usually have sweaters even when it's hot outside in Mumbai. It's a professional environment but our office feels more like a workshop. There are usually parcels on the tables and people coming in and out for quick chats. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Just the desks and the safe. It works for what we need to do. BKC is a long way from the old diamond markets, but it’s where everything happens now. We just stay busy with our work and try to beat the evening traffic on the way home. It's a simple life here in the exchange, just doing what needs to be done every single day.
