AREA LINK BUILDCON LLP

Our office is in a place called the Ready Money Building. It is a bit of an old-fashioned name, but it is located on Mirza Galib Marg in the Nagpada area of Mumbai Central. AREA LINK BUILDCON LLP is on the first floor, so we do not have to wait for the lift most days. Mumbai Central is always loud and moving, and Nagpada is no different. You have got people, cars, and vendors everywhere you look. We do a lot of buildcon work, which involves a lot of checking on supplies and making sure the sites are actually moving forward. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather gets bad or deliveries are late. We have got a small space here where we keep all our records and meet with people. We do not bother with expensive furniture or big signs. Most of our time is spent worrying about the actual construction details rather than what the office looks like. Being on Mirza Galib Marg means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to get across the city for a meeting. We have been operating from this building for a while, and we know most of the people nearby. It is a very local way of doing business. We just take things one day at a time, making sure our projects are handled without too much fuss. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
