Arcadia Builders And Developers Llp is located in the Arcadia Building itself, up on the ninth floor. We are right on Kumar Shah Marg in Nariman Point. It’s one of those parts of Mumbai that is always moving. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy looking at blueprints to notice it much. Our office is a functional space where we handle all the details of building and development. There’s a lot of paper involved in this business—permits, contracts, floor plans, you name it. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks can get a bit buried. We are a small group of people who just like building things. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just show up and work. The building we are in has been around for a while, and it has a certain character that we like. Sometimes the elevators take forever, and you end up waiting with people from all sorts of different businesses. It’s just part of the daily routine here in Nariman Point. We’ve been here for a good while and the neighbors know us. We aren't here to make a big splash; we are just here to do our jobs and make sure our construction projects are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of hard work, but we find it rewarding in its own way. We just keep going.
