Arara Developers LLP is located in the Churchgate area of South Mumbai. You can find us on the 7th floor of Moti Mahal, which is right on J. Tata Road. It’s a pretty well-known building in a busy part of the city. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy with work to look out the window much. We do development work, which means our days are filled with meetings, planning, and checking on project statuses. Churchgate is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to be here. We aren't about flashy marketing or anything like that. We are just a team of developers trying to get things built in this city. It can be a bit hectic around J. Tata Road with all the people and cars, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Our office is a place where we get the real work done. We handle everything from the initial ideas to the final details of a project. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local LLP doing business in Mumbai. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things moving. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the projects we have in front of us. If you’re ever near Moti Mahal, that’s where we are based. We just keep at it.
