Our place is located at 102 Rajgir Milap, part of the Juhu Dhara Complex. It’s right on the Juhu Versova Link Road in Andheri West. If you've ever driven through here, you know how the traffic can get. We’ve been here for a while. Anil Khanna Advisory and Consultancy is a small operation. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. It’s just an office where we handle advisory work. The room is filled with books and old papers. We like the neighborhood. There are plenty of cafes around if we need to step out for a break. Inside, it’s just a few of us working on various projects. We don’t use fancy software or complicated systems. We just use what works. Sometimes the noise from the link road gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time talking to clients about their business plans. It’s mostly just listening and giving honest feedback. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just tell it like it is. The building is a bit older, so things like the plumbing can be temperamental. But it has character. We like being in Andheri West because it’s where everything happens. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at the newspaper before we get into the consultancy files. We just do the work and try to be helpful to those who come in.
