Anant Matcon Llp is located in Ghatkopar East, which is a very crowded and lively part of Mumbai. We are in Shiv Shakti Heights, at Shop 01A on Plot No 252. The easiest way to find us is to go behind the Popular Hotel on Sai Janta Colony Road. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood. The office is small, just enough room for a few people to sit and get through the day’s work. We mostly deal with construction materials and related contracts. Ghatkopar has changed so much with all the new tall buildings, and we’ve seen it happen from our little spot here. The road outside can get quite messy during the monsoon, but that is just part of living in Mumbai. We don't have any corporate branding or big ads. People usually find us because they’re eating at the hotel nearby or they live in the colony. We have a lot of regular contractors who drop by to talk about their requirements. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't spend much on fancy furniture. Most of our budget goes into keeping things running and making sure the sites have what they need. It’s a lot of work and long hours, but we like being right in the middle of the action in Ghatkopar. The trains are loud, the tea is hot, and we just keep at it day after day until the sun goes down.
