We are based out of Malad West, specifically in the Khandelwal Layout area of Evershine Nagar. The address says C/O Premkumar Modi, and we are actually using the garage space at Keshav Mansion. Anand Modi Inspires Llp is the name, but don’t let the "Llp" part make you think we’re in a big corporate tower. It’s a very practical, ground-level setup. It gets the job done without any extra fuss. Malad is always buzzing with people and cars, so it’s a lively place to be. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary to greet you. You just walk in and we’re usually right there at our desks. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We do a variety of things here, mostly focusing on whatever projects come our way. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through stacks of documents. We know the people at the nearby tea stall and the neighbors in the building. It’s a very local way of working. We don’t have any big mission statements or polished marketing materials. We just work on what’s in front of us. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how real work looks. We like being part of the neighborhood and keeping things simple and direct for anyone who drops by.
