Anaaya Buildcon Constructions Llp is based in Kandivali East, specifically in the Ashok Nagar area. Our office is at No. 5, in the 1st Trimurti 70 building on Cross Road No. 2. It’s a typical suburban Mumbai neighborhood, which is where we do most of our work. We aren’t some big corporate firm with a fancy lobby. Our space is functional and a bit lived-in, with maps on the walls and folders stacked up on the shelves. Most of our days are spent coordinating with laborers and checking on construction progress at various sites around this part of town. It can be quite stressful when the monsoon hits or when materials don’t show up, but we just take it one day at a time. We’re a small group, and we’ve all been working in construction for a long time. We don't make big promises or use glossy brochures to get clients. Usually, it's just neighbors talking to neighbors about who built what. We try to be fair and do the job right. Sometimes the office is empty because we’re all out on site, but that’s just how this business goes. We’re just regular people trying to build decent structures and earn a living in the city. There's always a lot of noise from the street, but it keeps us on our toes. That’s pretty much the story of our little office here in Kandivali. We keep busy.
