If you look for Alliance Human Capital Llp, you’ll find us at 1C 1403, Whispering Palms. We are located near the Lokhandwala Circle on Akurli Road in Kandivali (East). It’s a pretty well-known spot in Mumbai, and being in the Whispering Palms complex makes it feel a bit more like a community than just a business district. Our office is up on the 14th floor, so we get a decent view of the area while we work. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s a smaller group of us handling human capital and HR needs. The walk up Akurli Road can be quite something during the monsoon, but we’re used to it. We keep things pretty simple in the office. There are no big mission statements on the walls, just people at their laptops. We deal with recruiters and job seekers all day long. Being near Lokhandwala Circle is handy because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or coffee. We’ve settled in here in Mumbai City-400101 and it feels right for us. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy jargon. We just help out with the HR side of things from our space in Kandivali, staying busy with the usual office routine.
