Akula Hospitality LLP is located in Kandivali East, specifically at Flat no 504 in Wing A of the Aangan building. This is part of the Kanakias Aangann complex in Samta Nagar, right in Thakur Village. It’s a very family-oriented neighborhood with lots of shops and people walking around. Our office is just this flat on the fifth floor. We handle all kinds of hospitality tasks from here. It’s not a big corporate headquarters; it is just a place where we can keep our files and take our calls. Thakur Village has changed a lot over the years, getting much busier than it used to be. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the building if you’re visiting. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of the hospitality industry, which involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. The atmosphere in Samta Nagar is generally nice, and the building staff at Wing A are helpful. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant company because we aren't one. We are just local people working in the hospitality sector and using this space in Kandivali East as our home base. It gets the job done for us. We keep things pretty informal around the office, usually just drinking tea and working through our lists. It is a practical way to run things without having to worry about the overhead of a fancy commercial space.
