You can find us over at Hira Bhuvan on Raja Rammohan Roy Marg. We are tucked inside the Rohan Developers office at Plot 116. Girgaon is one of those parts of Mumbai where everything feels very old and very crowded, especially near Prarthana Samaj. Akarya Buildcon is basically just us working on the ground to get these building projects moving. It is a lot of coordination with the main developers and keeping track of what is happening at the construction sites. The office is always full of blueprints and people coming in to talk about structural changes or permit delays. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big presentations. Most of the time, we are just sitting around a table trying to solve a problem with a drain or a wall that isn't going up fast enough. Living and working in South Mumbai means you have to be practical because space and time are always tight. We handle the daily grind of the construction business, from checking the quality of the sand to making sure the workers are paid on time. It is not always pretty and there is plenty of dust, but we like seeing a building actually take shape from nothing. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule without making a big fuss about it.
