AJ Star Realtors & Developers LLP is located on the ground floor of building A at Plot 124C in Ganga Vihar. We are tucked away on Pandit Govindas Road, right in the Parvatiwadi Sitladevi area of Mahim. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of the local neighborhood life passing by our door every day. We do real estate and development work, mostly focusing on things around this part of the city. Our office isn’t fancy; it is just a practical space where we keep our maps and project files. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but this is where we come back to do the hard thinking and the paperwork. Mahim is a great place to be based because it is central and we know the local market pretty well. We aren’t really into big corporate slogans. We just try to help people find the right spots and make sure our development projects move along without too many hiccups. Sometimes the traffic on Pandit Govindas Road makes things slow for our drivers, but that is just life in the city. We have been here at Ganga Vihar for a while now and we like the community feel of the area. It is just us doing our job day by day, making sure the realtor side and the developer side of things are both working right. We keep the doors open and the fans running.
