We are located in Goregaon West, specifically inside the Aurum building in Unnat Nagar 2. Our hospital is way up on the 19th floor of Wing B, which is Flat No 1901. Being right near SV Road and Patkar College makes us pretty easy to find if you are familiar with the area. It’s a busy part of the city, and we see a lot of people coming in for all kinds of different health issues. We aren't a small clinic; we handle a wide range of medical cases since we are a multispeciality setup. The 19th floor gives a good view, but mostly we are focused on what’s happening inside the rooms. We started this place because we saw a need for more specialized care in this specific pocket of Goregaon. It’s a bit of a climb in the lift, but once you’re here, the staff is ready to help. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a group of doctors and nurses working through their shifts. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the traffic on SV Road is backed up, which is pretty much every evening. We try to keep things organized, though it's not always perfect. Most of our patients are locals who live within walking distance or a short rickshaw ride. We just do our best to deal with whatever medical problems walk through the door.
