Acerock Construction Llp has its office at 201, on the second floor of A Block in the Kewal Industrial Estate. It’s right on Senapati Bapat Marg, near Delisle Road in Lower Parel. This is a very industrial part of Mumbai, and we fit right in. Our office is full of the sounds of the city and the industrial estate itself. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get things done. We handle construction projects of all sorts. We aren't interested in being a big, fancy corporate firm with glass walls and expensive furniture. Our office is full of samples of bricks, tiles, and stacks of drawings that we’re constantly checking. We spend a lot of our time traveling between the office and various sites around the city. Mumbai is a tough place to build in, with all the tight spaces and the traffic, but we’ve been at it for long enough to know the ropes. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff. We just talk about the work. If there's a problem with a site, we deal with it directly. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the challenge of building something new. We don't have a big team of sales people. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve seen our other projects or someone they know told them about us. We’re just here in Lower Parel, working away and trying to build things that last.
