You can find us up on the third floor of the Alpha building in Hiranandani Gardens. It’s a nice enough spot on A.S. Marg here in Powai. Being in the 303 office, we get a decent view of the area, though we aren't looking out the window much. There is always something to do with the projects we have running. Powai is a busy hub, and staying on top of development work here takes a lot of effort. We focus on getting things built properly without making a huge scene about it. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans spread out on the desk. It’s a lot of coordination between the different teams. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for some time now and know the local rules fairly well. The traffic around Hiranandani can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, so we usually stay late to finish up the day's tasks. It’s just regular work for us, making sure the developers' side of things moves along. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We keep our heads down and try to get the jobs done as they come in. There is usually a lot of noise from the street below, but we've gotten used to it. Sometimes people drop by without an appointment and we just talk in the small room. It isn't anything fancy, just a couple of chairs. We do our best.
