We are Aarcee Ice-Creams And Foods (India) Llp. We work out of Gala B/B1 in the Tirupati Udyog Premises Co Op Society Ltd. It’s on I B Patel Road in Goregaon East, right opposite the HP petrol pump. Being in an industrial estate like Tirupati Udyog means we are surrounded by other businesses doing all sorts of things. It’s a busy, noisy place sometimes, but it’s a good spot for what we do with ice creams and food products. We’ve been here in Mumbai for a while. The setup is an LLP, so it’s a partnership between us. Our day usually involves a lot of lifting, moving stuff in and out, and keeping track of the inventory. It’s a practical environment, not a fancy office with carpets and glass walls. We chose Goregaon because it’s well-connected, even if the traffic on I B Patel Road can get stuck sometimes. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Managing food items requires a lot of attention to detail, so we spend most of our time on that. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our operations as simple as possible. People know us by the address or the fact that we are across from the petrol pump. It’s a decent place to run a business and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate.
