We are located at Chinchbunder in Mumbai, specifically on the fourth floor of Baug E Ali. The building is on J B Shah Marg, which is a place with a lot of history and old-school charm. AAPLA BUILDER AND DEVELOPER LLP is a local business through and through. Our office isn't very large, and it's often packed with samples of tiles, bricks, and electrical fittings. We deal with the everyday realities of building in a crowded city like Mumbai. It's about finding space where there isn't much and making the most of it. We spend our mornings going through local regulations and our afternoons visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. The team here is pretty small, so we all know what's happening with every project. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We're just builders who have been around this neighborhood for a long time. It can be noisy outside on J B Shah Marg, but we’ve learned to tune it out. Sometimes we have tea with our clients and just talk through the plans on a piece of scrap paper. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't have a fancy marketing team, so we just rely on doing things properly and hoping people notice. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes with the Mumbai pace, but we keep at it.
