AADESHWAR REALTY AND DEVELOPERS LLP

We are over at Vile Parle, right on Hanuman Cross Road Number 1. Our spot is at Plot 25, Flat 1. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as you probably know. We’ve been handling realty and development things for a while now. Most days it is just us figuring out property stuff and making sure the paperwork for the LLP is moving along. It is not always easy with the traffic around here, but we manage. Being a local business means we see the same faces often. People drop by the office when they are in the neighborhood. We focus on getting the building work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the rain makes things slow, especially with construction, but that’s just how it goes in Mumbai. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we deal with. It is a small team here. We spend a lot of time on site or sitting in the flat looking over plans. There isn't any fancy lobby or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. We know the Vile Parle area pretty well since we spend most of our time here. It's a decent place to work from. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. If you are around Hanuman Cross Road, you’ve probably walked past us. The goal is just to keep moving forward with our projects one day at a time.
