We are A P Infra Buildcon & Realty Llp, and we operate out of Mumbai Central. Our office is located at 1001 & 1002 on the 10th floor of Plot 85. The building is at 24 Al Hashmimotlibai Street. Being in Mumbai Central means we are right in the middle of all the action. It is a very busy area, and our office is usually just as busy. We handle a lot of infrastructure projects and real estate dealings. The 10th floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise, but you can still feel the energy of the city. We don't have a polished, corporate vibe here. Our office is full of files, old newspapers, and people talking loudly on their phones. That is just how we work. We focus on the practical side of building and property management. There is always a lot of paperwork to get through and different sites to visit across the city. We aren't interested in using fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what is happening with their projects and what the next steps are. Sometimes things get delayed because of the Mumbai rains or some other issue, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the area well. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can. Every day brings a different challenge.
