A M Doshi & Associates Llp has its office in the Lalbaug area of Mumbai. We are specifically located in Gundecha Gardens, right across from the old Ganesh Talkies in the F wing on the 16th floor. Lalbaug is a place with a lot of history and character, and you can really feel that when you walk around the Gas Gully compound. Our office is quite high up, so we see a lot of the city rooftops from our windows. We do consulting and associate work, which involves a lot of reading and checking figures. It’s not the most exciting work to describe, but it keeps us busy and we take it seriously. We have been in this spot for a good number of years now. The office is full of files and old notebooks, giving it a lived-in feel. We aren't a big, shiny firm with glass walls and designer furniture. We just have what we need to work comfortably. During the festival seasons, the whole neighborhood changes, and it can be quite a challenge just to get to the front gate. We’ve learned to plan around those things. Mostly, we are just a group of people who know our business and work together to get things finished. It’s a simple setup in a very traditional part of town.
