9 Wonders Realty is based out of Ghatkopar East. Our office is number 414 on the fourth floor of Suchita Business Park. If you know the Raigad Chowk area or Pant Nagar, you probably know where we are. It’s a decent building with a lot of other small businesses inside. We have been working from here for a while now. Ghatkopar is a crowded place, and finding good property here is always a challenge. We spend most of our time out of the office, actually. We are usually at some construction site or meeting someone at a flat. When we are in the office, it’s mostly to catch up on all the government forms and registration stuff. It’s a lot of work that people don’t see. We are a limited liability partnership, but we mostly just feel like a small team. There are no fancy uniforms or scripted greetings here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. The office can get a bit messy with maps and brochures everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't make big promises. We just look at what’s available and tell people the truth about it. That’s how we’ve always done things. It keeps life simple and we don’t have to worry about pretending to be something we aren't. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
