Watermark Global operates out of a space in Punawale, specifically over at Landbreez, Flat B-704. It’s located in Tajanewasti, which is a bit of a growing area these days. Unlike a big storefront on a main road, we handle things from this office setup. It keeps things a bit more quiet and focused for us. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone, managing the various parts of what we do. The address is Sr. No 29/17/1, which can be a bit tricky for delivery drivers sometimes, but we’ve managed okay. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure the work gets done correctly. Punawale has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up around Tajanewasti. We see the construction happening while we work. It’s a practical setup for us because it allows us to stay organized without the distractions of a busy retail market. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, usually, you just get one of us directly. We handle the global side of things from right here in this flat. It might seem small to some, but it works for what we need. We just take it one day at a time, keeping track of our projects and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s a straightforward way to run things without any unnecessary noise or bother.
