Grain Biotech Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located at house number 329 in Killianwali, over in the Malout area of Muktsar. Our group is called a grain biotech producer company, but we are really just a bunch of local farmers. We decided to get together to look into the science of the grains we are growing. We wanted to see if we could find better seeds or ways to keep the plants healthy without spending too much money. Our place in Killianwali is where we meet and talk about our findings. It isn't a big laboratory like you might see on TV. It’s just a regular room with some basic equipment and our notes. All of us in the company have our own farms to look after too. This is just a way for us to pool our knowledge and help each other out. We don't have anyone to write fancy stories about us or make us look like a big corporation. Our hands are usually dirty and we spend a lot of time worrying about the rain and the pests. That is just the life of a farmer in this part of Punjab. We try to find practical solutions that actually work in our own fields. We aren't trying to change everything overnight. We just want to make our crops a little bit better each year. If you are ever passing through Malout, you might see us around the village area.
