Sky Marble Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No.E-22 in the Ambaji Industrial Area on Abu Road. Being in an industrial area means things are always a bit loud and dusty. We have a lot of big marble slabs sitting around the plot and they take up most of the space. We spend our days moving these heavy stones and cutting them down to size when needed. Abu Road is a major hub for this kind of work and we are just one of the many businesses out here at Ambaji. Our office is just a small room at the front of the plot where we handle the invoices and the phone calls. It’s a tough job because marble is heavy and you have to be careful not to crack it. We wear sturdy boots and spend a lot of time on our feet. The sun can be quite brutal out here in the open yard but that is just part of the deal. We don’t have a polished website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show people the stone we have and let them decide for themselves. Most of our orders come from builders and contractors who know our location at E-22. It is honest work and we take pride in seeing a nice slab of marble leave the yard. We just keep doing our thing day after day.
