Lotus Enterpriese

If you know where the Indian Oil Petrol Pump is, then you can find Lotus Enterpriese pretty easily. We are right between Chandmari Chowk and Balua Chowk. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always the smell of petrol and the sound of engines idling nearby. Traffic gets backed up quite a bit during the evening rush, which means we see a lot of people stuck in their cars right outside. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The building is nothing special, just a regular place where we get our work done. We keep some extra water for people who might be thirsty from the heat outside. It’s a dusty part of town, so we end up cleaning the windows more often than we’d like. But that’s just part of being near the main chowks. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We handle orders and talk to the folks who drop in. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to catch up and talk about things other than work. It's a local business through and through, and we like being part of this neighborhood. It’s just how we live and work here every day.
