Out here in Laxminagar, near Morvi, things move at a certain pace. Sipal Ceramic Industry Pltd is based right here in the Rajkot district of Gujarat. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s all about the industry and the hard work that goes into it. Our factory and office space aren't meant to look pretty. They are meant for work. There is usually some dust around and the sound of machinery is pretty much constant. We are used to it by now. We spend our days making sure the production is moving along as it should. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of orders. Most of us come from around here, so we know the local way of doing things. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell it like it is. The office at the site is where we handle the paperwork and take calls. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it works for what we need. Sipal Ceramic Industry Pltd has been a part of this landscape for a while.
