Kros College

Kros College is situated in Aokong, Dimapur. We are out here in Nagaland, 782480. It’s a bit of a climb to get to some parts of the campus, but the air is good and it's quiet. We’ve been part of the Dimapur community for a while now. The college life here is pretty relaxed but we still stick to our schedules as best as we can. Students come from all over the local area and some from further away in the hills. The classrooms are simple and we have a common area where everyone hangs out between sessions to talk. It’s not a huge city campus with glass buildings and elevators. It’s more integrated with the trees and the local landscape. We have our challenges, like when the rains are heavy and the roads get difficult, but we rarely miss a day of classes. The office staff stays busy with admissions and keeping track of the grades in the ledgers. We don't have a big PR team writing stories about us. We just are who we are. People know us as a place where you can get your degree and stay close to home. Sometimes we have local events or small gatherings, and that’s when the place really feels alive. It’s a steady, quiet life of teaching and learning here in Aokong. We just keep the lights on and the books open.
