About Rising Star Public School – Education in Morena
We are located in Kailaras, which is a small town in the Morena district. The school is right in the middle of where people live, so it’s easy for most families to find us. It’s not a very big building, just a few blocks put together over time. The street outside is usually narrow and gets crowded with cycles and carts. Inside, the rooms are small but they fit the kids well enough. We have a small patch of ground for playing, but it’s mostly dirt. The staff here is a tight group. We all do a bit of everything, like helping with the cleaning or standing at the gate during dismissal. Morena can get very hot in the summer, so the afternoons are usually pretty quiet when everyone tries to stay in the shade. We have simple fans in the classrooms that hum all day. There’s a lot of paperwork to do in the office, which is mostly just a desk and a couple of chairs. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or modern facilities. It’s a basic school where we focus on getting through the syllabus. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. Most of us grew up around here, so we understand the local way of doing things. It’s a steady job and we try to do it as honestly as we can without making things complicated. We just hope the fans keep working when the temperature starts climbing in May.
