Iiin Institute Private Limited is located in a small part of Morena. We are based in Block Pura, near Joura. Our address is c/o Vikash Gaur, who is the son of Jagadeesh Prasad. We have been running this institute from this location for some time now. It’s a very local operation, deeply rooted in our community here in Madhya Pradesh. We don't have a big corporate office with glass windows or polished floors. Instead, we have a functional space that works for our needs. We focus on providing training and courses to the people in the Morena area. It’s mostly just a few of us handling everything from teaching to cleaning. We have some desks, a couple of old computers, and plenty of notebooks lying around. The Joura area is a bit quiet, but we like it that way. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or work by the window light. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people find us because they know the Gaur family or have heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things very simple and practical. Our goal is just to help people learn something new so they can find better work. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy being part of this town. We don't use big words or make huge promises to anyone.
