Emperor Flats Private Limited is located at Lig 815 in the N.H.B. Colony, which is part of Mayurvan Colony here in Morena. It’s a quiet enough spot, mostly houses around us. We run the business from this small office. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Usually, there’s just a couple of us here handling the phone and sorting out the paperwork for the flats. We spend a lot of time checking on the construction progress and making sure the workers have what they need. Building flats is a slow process, and we’ve learned to be patient over the years. We don't like to rush things because that’s when mistakes happen. People in Morena know us as the folks who just get the job done without making a big fuss. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a simple one so people can find the door. Our desks are a bit cluttered and the chairs are old, but they work. We prefer to spend our money on good materials rather than fancy office furniture. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we plan to stay. If you’re ever in Mayurvan Colony, you can probably see us working late most nights. It’s just how we are. We don't pretend to be more than we are.
