About Sungracia Ceramic – Building & Construction Material in Morbi
Our factory is located on the Dhuva Matel Road in Wankaner, right opposite the Amardham Mandir. If you are driving through the Morbi district, you can’t miss all the ceramic plants, and Sungracia is one of them. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on making ceramic tiles. The process is pretty repetitive—mixing the clay, pressing it, and then the long wait for the kilns to do their thing. It stays warm inside the shed even in the winter because of those furnaces. We have workers from all over the place here. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of heavy machinery running. Sometimes a machine breaks down and everyone has to scramble to fix it so the production doesn’t stop. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and keep the quality steady. The road outside is usually dusty with all the trucks carrying raw materials and finished tiles. Our office is simple, just a place to handle the orders and talk to dealers who stop by. We don’t go in for big advertisements or fancy websites. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been making tiles for a long time and we know how the process works from start to finish. It’s just daily life in the heart of the ceramic hub. We focus on the tiles and try to stay out of the way of the heavy traffic.
