Spel Ceramic

Working out on Halvad Road can be quite a challenge with all the heavy vehicles passing by. We are located right opposite Unchi Mandal, which is the easiest way to tell people where to find us. At Spel Ceramic, we spend most of our hours surrounded by stacks of tiles and the smell of raw materials. The yard is usually full of crates. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around manually. We don't wear suits here. Mostly it’s just sturdy boots and clothes that we don’t mind getting dirty. The sun beats down on the open area, and the wind blows the red dust around. We talk to contractors and truck drivers all day long. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic on Halvad Road, but then three trucks show up at once and everyone has to jump to work. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. If you need something, you usually just show up or call the mobile number. We try to keep things organized but in a place like this, things get messy fast. It’s just the nature of the ceramic business. People know us because we’ve been at this spot for a while. We know the quirks of the road and who makes the best tea nearby. That's about it for how we run things.
