Sri Sri Gurudev Crane

Sri Sri Gurudev Crane is located on Sanala Road over in Sardar Nagar. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right near the Hyundai showroom. We keep our cranes parked in the lot there when they aren't out on a job. It’s a family-run kind of thing, where we manage the bookings and the maintenance ourselves. Operating these big machines takes a lot of focus. We mostly work with local builders and people who need to move heavy materials around. The road outside is usually busy, so getting the cranes out of the yard in the morning takes some maneuvering. We don't have a big fancy office; we usually just sit in the small cabin on-site or talk to people on the street. Maintenance is a big part of what we do. If a crane breaks down on a job, it’s a big problem, so we spend our downtime checking the cables and engines. It’s dirty work and our clothes are usually covered in oil by the end of the shift. We’ve been in Sardar Nagar for a good while now. People around here know the name. We don't do any big promotions or ads. We just wait for the phone to ring and then head out to wherever the work is. It’s a simple way to make a living and it keeps us occupied. We are just regular people doing a heavy job.
