Somnath Ceramic

Our place, Somnath Ceramic, is located out on Jetpar Road in the Bela area of Morbi. You’ll find us right across from the CNG pump. If you know Morbi, you know it’s all about ceramics. We are right in the middle of it. The road can be quite dusty with all the trucks carrying clay and finished tiles back and forth. We spend our days surrounded by ceramic products of all shapes and sizes. It’s hard work, and the environment is very industrial. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning and soft music. It’s more of a functional space where we show people what we have available. We talk to a lot of contractors and builders who are looking for specific types of tiles. Most of our day is spent checking quality and talking to the people who move the stock. Jetpar Road is always busy, especially near the pump, so there’s a lot of coming and going. We’ve been operating here for a while and have seen how the industry in Morbi has just exploded. We keep things pretty simple. We show you the ceramics, we tell you the price, and we figure out how to get them to your site. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires a lot of patience and heavy lifting. We’re just local people working in the tile trade.
