Shree Royal Polyplast Industries

Our place is right on the Morbi- Navlakhi Highway, near the Pipaliya Cross Road. If you’re driving through Chachavadarada, you’ll see Shree Royal Polyplast Industries. It’s a dusty stretch of road, especially with all the trucks going back and forth to the port. We’ve got a decent-sized setup here. Most of the day is spent managing the plastic production. It’s loud because of the grinders and the extruders, but we’re used to it. The heat can get pretty intense during the summer months out here. We don’t have air conditioning in the main area, just some big fans that move the hot air around. It’s a straightforward operation. We get the raw materials in, process them, and send the products out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we make is solid. You’ll often find us out by the loading dock checking the bags. The neighbors are mostly other industrial units or open land. It’s a practical location for us since the highway makes it easy for transport. We don’t bother with much decoration. The walls are plain and the focus is always on the machines. It’s just how we work. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. We just have people who know how to handle the equipment. Most of our conversations happen over a cup of chai during the afternoon break. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
