Shree Radhe Krishna Rice Mill

We have been running the Shree Radhe Krishna Rice Mill at Block No. 117 for a good while now. Our place is right on NH-8, just a bit down from the Food Line Hotel. People usually spot us because of the heavy highway traffic passing by. It is a busy spot but it works for getting the rice out to where it needs to go. We spend most of our days working with the machinery and checking the grains. It gets quite dusty around here, but that is just how it goes in a mill. Most of us working here grew up around this kind of work, so we know the routine by heart. We handle the paddy as it comes in and make sure the rice is ready for whoever needs it. There is nothing fancy about the office or the way we do things here. We just show up early, start the machines, and keep things moving. The weather affects the work sometimes, especially during the heavy rains, but we manage to keep the warehouse dry. Being near the hotel helps when we need a quick break or a meal. Most of the folks who work here live in the nearby area. It is a straightforward setup. We do not spend much time on paperwork if we can help it. The focus stays on the bags of rice sitting in the storage and the trucks coming through the gates. If you are driving down NH-8, you will see us. (246 words)
