Shah Ceramic

Being right on National Highway 8-A means there is never any real silence. The trucks roar past all day and night. We are situated near the Anjali Cotton Industry in Lalpur, which is a busy little pocket. Our yard is full of ceramic pieces and supplies. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, honestly. We try to keep things organized but when a big shipment comes in, things get scattered. My uncle started this place because he liked being near the main road. It makes it easier for people to find us, though the dust from the highway is constant. We spend a lot of time sweeping the showroom floor, but it’s a losing battle. We mostly deal with local builders and people fixing up their bathrooms or kitchens. We don’t have those fancy coffee machines or air conditioning that stays cold. Usually, the door is just propped open with a brick to let some air in. People come in, look at what we have, and we figure out the numbers on a scrap of paper. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just know our products and we know the people around Lalpur. If you’re looking for something specific, we can usually find it in the back. It might take a minute to dig it out from under the pallets, but we’ll get it for you eventually. That is how we have always done things here.
