Kalyan Welding Works

Our workshop, Kalyan Welding Works, is over at 4 Lati Plot. We are right opposite the shop for Keshavlal P. Sons. If you are looking for us, we are also very close to Nakum Mechanical Works, who are good neighbors of ours. Welding is a loud and bright job, so you can usually hear or see us working if you are nearby. The 4 Lati Plot area is full of small industrial shops like ours. We have a lot of scrap metal and welding machines taking up most of the space. It is a bit dark inside to help us see the sparks better. We have been doing this for a long time and our hands show the work. There is no air conditioning, just a couple of fans that try their best against the heat of the torches. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. People just walk up to the gate and tell us what needs fixing or joining together. Most of the time we are wearing our masks and gloves. It is simple, hard work. We see the people at Keshavlal P. Sons going about their business every day. When we take a break, we sit on the stools out front and watch the traffic in the plot. It is just a regular life in a regular welding shop, and we are fine with that. It's dusty and noisy but it's what we know best.
