We are located right out on the Morbi Rajkot Highway. It’s a dusty spot because of all the heavy trucks and containers that fly past all day and night. You can’t really keep the floor clean for more than an hour before another layer of road dust settles in. We mostly deal with the logistics of moving stuff between the two cities. The building is a bit plain, just a sturdy block that keeps the wind out. We have a big rolling shutter at the front that we keep halfway open during the day to let some air in. It gets really loud when the wind picks up, rattling the metal. Most of our days are spent waiting for shipments or loading up small vans to send into the city. We have a small bench outside where we sit during our breaks to watch the traffic go by. It’s a lot of long-distance drivers stopping by to ask for directions or just to use the tap. We don’t have any fancy signs, just the name painted on the wall. It’s a practical place for a business like ours. Sometimes the rain makes the highway shoulder muddy, and then it’s a real mess to get things inside. But we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s just how life is on the highway, and we don't mind the solitude much.
