Ranpur Taluka Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out in the village of Chandarva. If you’re trying to find us, we are located at Nanubhai Karshanbhai’s place, over in the Tadhandhuka area of the village. It’s a local spot that everyone in the village knows. We aren't a big corporation with offices in the city. We are just farmers from the Taluka who thought it was time we organized ourselves a bit better. The work we do is mostly about getting our crops sorted and making sure we can sell them together. Being out here in Chandarva means we are right in the middle of where everything grows. Our meetings are usually just us sitting around talking about the rain or the price of supplies. We don't use big words or have fancy presentations. It’s mostly just scribbling notes in a diary and making phone calls to people we’ve known for years. Sometimes the roads are bad or the phones don't work great, but we get by. We all know each other here, so there is a lot of trust involved in what we do. We’re just trying to keep the farming community here in Ranpur strong. It’s simple, honest work, and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. Most of us have dirt under our fingernails and we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s a group effort and we just take things one day at a time without any fuss.
