Asta Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Jetpar Road in the Bela area. It is a very busy stretch of road. You see a lot of lorries going past every hour. We have our setup here and we spend most of our time just managing the daily production. It is a straightforward operation without any bells or whistles. We get to the site early, usually before the sun gets too hot to work comfortably. There is a lot of dust in Bela because of all the construction and the other factories nearby. We just deal with it as best as we can. Our team consists of people from around the local area. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or fancy carpets. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and look at the daily numbers. The Jetpar Road location is good because it connects us to the main routes without too much trouble. We spend our afternoons making sure everything is loaded onto the trucks correctly. It gets quite loud when the machinery is running at full speed. We often have to shout a bit just to be heard over the noise. Sometimes we have small issues with the equipment, but we fix them and keep going. That is just the way it is in this business. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just working hard every day. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. It is a simple life here on Jetpar Road.
