Vento Ceramic

We are located out on the Morbi-Jetpar Road, specifically in a place called Rangpar. If you know anything about this part of Gujarat, you know it’s all about ceramics. Everywhere you look, there are chimneys and trucks carrying tiles. We are one of those places. Our setup isn't fancy; it's a factory where we spend our days around clay, kilns, and heat. The dust is just something you get used to after a week of working here. We focus on making ceramic products that people put in their homes or offices. It's a lot of physical work, watching the machines and making sure the quality is okay before things go into the boxes. The road outside is always busy with transport, which is good for business but makes for a loud environment. We don't have a marketing department or a big showroom with lights. If you want to see what we make, you just come to the site and we show you the stacks in the warehouse. Most of the guys working here live nearby in the village. We started this because it’s what people do in Morbi, and we’ve just stuck with it. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition, but we just try to keep our machines running and the production on schedule. That is pretty much our whole day. Sometimes things go wrong with the kilns, but we just fix them and keep going until the work is done.
