Our place is situated on the 8-A National Highway, tucked behind the Dariyalal Resort on Paneli Road in Morbi. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of movement around Sonata Ceramica. We have been here for a bit, operating as petco for the folks who know the internal name. The site is usually buzzing with activity, mostly because of the location and how easy it is for the big rigs to pull in and out. Inside the sheds, it is all about the production line. We make various types of ceramic products and the process is pretty much the same every day. We start the machines early, check the raw materials, and keep things moving until the evening. It is not a clean job; there is mud and water and heat everywhere. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork, but you will mostly find us out near the sorting area checking for cracks or chips in the latest batch. We aren't interested in sounding like some big corporate entity. We are just a group of people working in the Morbi industrial zone, trying to keep the quality decent enough for the price we charge. If a customer calls, they usually talk to one of us directly instead of some automated system. That is just how we prefer to run things.
