We are located right on Lakhdhirpur Road, just across from Antique Granito. Most days start early here because the kiln never really stops. It gets quite dusty around the yard with all the raw materials coming in and the finished tiles going out on trucks. People think making vitrified tiles is just a machine process but there is a lot of checking by hand that happens in the warehouse. We spend most of our time looking at slabs and making sure the edges are right. The heat from the production area is something you get used to after a while. Our office is small but it does the job for handling the paperwork. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and the road has seen a lot of changes. There’s always a tea stall nearby where the drivers wait. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the machinery but that is just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a part from far away and everything slows down. We just keep moving through the orders one by one. It isn't fancy work but it keeps everyone occupied. We see a lot of people coming in to check the latest batches. Usually, we are just busy keeping the floors clear and the stacks organized so nothing breaks. It's a lot of routine and heavy lifting but we stay on top of it.
