Our company, Aajveto Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., is out on Navagam Road in Village Lakhdhirpur. We are specifically at S No 52/p2, which is right in the heart of the Morbi industrial area. If you’ve ever been to Morbi, you know it’s all about manufacturing and dust and constant movement. Our place is no different. We have a solid setup here where we manufacture our products day in and day out. The area is filled with factories, so there’s a real sense of everyone just getting on with their jobs. We have a small office on-site to handle the orders, but the main part of the building is dedicated to the production lines. The road can get pretty busy with ceramic tiles and other goods being transported, so getting in and out sometimes takes longer than you’d expect. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up, start the machines, and work until the shift is over. It’s a straightforward life here in Lakhdhirpur. We’ve got a good group of local workers who know the business well. We just focus on keeping the quality steady and making sure our customers get what they asked for without any unnecessary delays. There's usually a lot of noise from the neighboring plants, but we don't mind it. It’s just the sound of the town working. We’ve been here a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Even when the heat gets intense in the summer, the work carries on as usual.
