If you are heading down Matel Road, you will see the Amardham Ashram first. We are right near there. Leopard Vitrified Pvt. Ltd. is situated in this part of Morbi where the dust from all the factories eventually covers everything. It is a big area out here in Wankaner and the commute can be a bit long for some of the guys. We have been operating here at Matel for some time now. Most of the time it is just the sound of machines running and the trucks pulling in and out of the yard. The weather gets really dry, which makes the work thirsty, but we have a routine down. We do not have any fancy receptionists or a big shiny lobby. It is mostly just the production floor and some small desks for the paperwork. Sometimes the road gets narrow when the big lorries park on the side, but everyone manages to get through. We just focus on what is in front of us. There is always a lot to do with the kilns and the loading. It is honest work, even if it is noisy. Most people who come by are looking for the Ashram anyway, so we just give them directions and get back to it. It is not a complicated life here. We just try to keep the wheels turning and the orders moving out to where they need to go. We keep things pretty basic and don't worry about sounding like a big city company.
