Our place is located right across from Excel Ceramic in the Rafaleshwar area. If you’re driving down the 8-A National Highway, you probably see us all the time. It is a busy stretch of road, and we’ve been part of it for a good bit now. We handle the ceramic production side of things here. It's mostly about keeping the schedules on track and making sure the loaders are doing their jobs. Some mornings are a bit chaotic when the shipments arrive at the same time, but we sort it out. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where the work happens. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We don't really do the big sales pitches. Usually, people just come by because they need what we make. We try to keep things organized, though with all the clay and materials, it is a bit of a constant battle against the dust. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a quick fix, and we just handle it as it comes. It's just how a factory in this part of Morbi operates. We are here every day, making sure the orders are filled and the trucks keep moving. It is a simple life but it keeps us on our feet.
