Coral Plus Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is located right on the 8-a National Highway in the Lalpar area of Morbi. We are directly across from the Vishaldeep Mill. Being on the highway means there’s a constant roar of trucks passing by at all hours of the day and night. It’s a very industrial part of the world. Our facility is pretty large because making ceramics takes up a lot of room. There are piles of raw materials outside and stacks of finished products waiting to be moved. Inside, it’s often quite warm because of the firing processes. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in our office. It’s mostly just sturdy furniture and calendars on the walls. We have a small crew that stays on top of the machinery and makes sure everything is running. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several trucks arrive at once to load up, but we usually figure it out. We don't use much big corporate talk or have long meetings. Most of our communication is just shouting over the noise of the plant or quick notes passed around. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a few minutes to sit down. We’ve been here at this spot for several years now. We know the highway and the local suppliers well. It’s a simple, hardworking life, and we just focus on getting our daily numbers met without too much fuss.
