We've been here in Lalpar for a while now. The factory is right opposite Vishaldeep Mill on the main 8/A highway. It's a busy spot, lots of trucks coming and going all day. Dealing with clay and heat is just what we do every day. It gets dusty, and the machines are loud, but that’s the work. We started out small and just kept at it. Most of the guys working here are from around the area. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the production floor and some space for loading. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just fix it and keep moving. Being in Morbi means everyone knows everyone in the business. We focus on getting the tiles out on time. It's not a complicated life. We wake up, head to the highway, and get to work. The weather gets really hot in the summer, which makes the kilns even warmer, but we are used to it by now. People stop by sometimes just to check stock. We don't do big ads. Usually, it's just word of mouth or people seeing the sign from the road. It’s a straightforward operation here at Airson. Nothing too flashy, just local people making stuff that goes all over the country. We try to keep things organized but it's a factory, so there's always something to clean up. We keep a close eye on the loading to make sure the right boxes get on the right trucks before the sun goes down.
