Atom Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is located right behind Antique Granito on Lakhdhirpur Road, which is part of the National Highway area in Morbi. If you know anything about Morbi, you know it is the center of the ceramics world in this part of the country. The road outside is almost always lined with heavy trucks waiting to load up or drop off materials. It is a dusty and loud area, and our facility is right in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with the raw materials and the kilns that make the ceramics. The air always has a bit of a gritty feel to it, and everyone wears sturdy boots to get around the site. It is a very practical place where the focus is on production rather than appearance. We don't have a polished showroom here; it’s more of a working plant where the real labor happens. The office part is just a small building near the entrance where we keep track of the shipments and the staff attendance. During the monsoon, the ground gets pretty muddy, and in the summer, the heat from the highway and the factory is no joke. We usually take our breaks in the shade and talk about the day's output. It is a tough environment, but it is honest work that keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We are just one of the many plants along this stretch of the highway.
